This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I loved the super convenient location next to the Zhongshan MRT station, making travel effortless. The area is bustling with restaurants and shops, perfect for exploring. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a cozy bed and high-quality amenities. I enjoyed the free mini-bar in the room that was restocked daily, which was a nice touch. The staff provided exceptional service, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, with a cozy atmosphere. However, the light switches in my room were quite confusing. I had to fiddle with them multiple times, and if one master switch was off, so were the power outlets. The Wi-Fi was weak and disconnected occasionally, which was frustrating. Despite these issues, I would return due to the overall positive experience. The jacuzzi was a relaxing bonus after a long day.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from metro access. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The friendly staff adds a personal touch that enhances your stay.

One downside was the temperamental room key card. it often required the perfect placement for it to work correctly, which was a bit frustrating.

I loved the jetted bathtub and the helpful staff during my stay! The nearby MRT made exploring super easy. Only downside? The aircon was a bit funky, blowing cold air even when set high. 😅
